Keegan Matthews (of Leisure Chief) is an Orlando, FL native who draws heavily from John Coltrane's approach to modal harmony, Weather Report's spontaneous attitude, and Macintosh Plus’ vaporwave textures.
The Keegan Matthews Trio features Matt Lapham Who has shared the stage with The Lee Boys, Victor Wooten, Doug Wimbish, George Porter Jr., Soulive, Shak Nasti and Oteil and Kofi Burbridge to name just a few. And on drums, Rion Smith from the band(s) Sam Rivers and the Rivbea Orchestra, Shak Nasti, and The Blue Man Group.
Miami's future-jazz duo, TWYN, is a collaboration between Electric Kif's keyboardist, Jason Matthews & Lemon City Trio's drummer, Aaron Glueckauf. Known individually as catalysts in the rapidly evolving Miami music scene, the electronic duo aim to challenge the limitations of instrumental and pop-based songwriting. "Though both are trained jazz players who have dabbled in funk and hip-hop, neither is interested in applying their skills in the name of traditionalism. They're always pursuing innovative sound designs and different ways of performing technically complex music," says the Miami New Times
Hannah Stokes is an indie-folk singer-songwriter in Orlando, FL. Influenced by the jazz-infused folk songwriting of Joni Mitchell mixed with the sweet folk-pop sound of Maggie Rogers, she brings with her a soulful voice that radiates throughout a room and original songs that explore powerful personal stories, reaching an audience eager to connect with her music.
